Girl at reception was extremely helpful with tips about where to go in the city, how to get around and locations of the main tourist sites. Room a good size (we had the family room) and breakfast on the roof was great.
decent quality for a good price right in the city centre
nice locayion hotel
Good selection at breakfast, good location for sightseeing, good value for money.
clean rooms but not excellent, small bed and not very relaxing,
The place was very clean, the staff was helpful and the location was good. The breakfast was also very good which had a variety of different foods.
Good location ! Hotel is situated very near of Metro Trindade (Conection to the airport and train station - Campanha). Very near of the Hotel (but not in front of the hotel what is also very important) there are many bars and clubs to go out. Very friendly staff. Good internet conection. On the last floor there is nice terrace for breakfast. It's better to pay a bit more and choice room with balcony.
Internet is not free (3euros / hour). Simple breakfast.
We received an upgrade to a suite for the same price. Very friendly personell. Hotel on a great location to explore the city of Porto.
Very good localization. Nice and helpful staff (specially one lady in the reception desk). Hk make good job in this hotel. It is clean place with bit old furnitures. Price is for the room is adequate to quality. On the 8th floor You can have simple breakfast. Around hotel all center of porto with so many place to eat and partie. It was a good choice.
You have to paid if You want to use internet. 1E for 15 min in very slowly computer is to high.
staff were great, location is brilliant. good value for money. anyone who complains about this hotel is being too fussy and should book a fancier hotel.
everything was great
Helpfull staff and convienent location
It's unusual for me to write a hotel review, but this lovely hotel deserves a mention. Our room was clean and tidy. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with recommendations and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time in Oporto. Calming and relaxing interior and, in my opinion, one of the best locations in Oporto, especially if you like to shop and visit all the interesting spots in the city. Breakfast at rooftop allow us to enjoy a unique view. All this... make this a home away from home. Absolutely worth the price!
The woman on reception was very helpful We liked the roof terrace and breakfast Good central location
No views from rooms Quite small rooms
Location was good
Hotel was too old. We had a room at the backside of the building, which had very small windows and almost no daylight. Breakfast was poor and rooms were very old-fashioned.
Good position to visit the city
No customer care oriented. Poor value of the money in case you have to add 10 euro per day to park 2 bikes in a understairs, not mentioned in the information of the booking. I have also called before booking and they did not mentionned it (they send me mail 3 hours before the check in ) Half dayly rate penalty in case of washing clothes in the room Suite at the first floor
Ideally placed to discover old Porto
